How Capsule Toy plays
- Set your bet.
- Tap to play. The result is decided the moment you play.
- The animation is the reveal. You win your bet times the multiplier shown.
The rule people miss: 0x means no win. Anything above 0x pays your bet times that number.
Capsule Toy is a gashapon-style instant game. You crank the machine, a capsule rolls down the chute and pops open on a toy, and the rarity of the toy sets the pay. Unlike most instant games there is no empty result: every crank gives something back, but most toys are worth only a fraction of the bet.
How a round works
- Set your bet and tap to crank. The result is decided at that moment on our servers.
- A capsule is drawn from a fixed rarity table: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary or Mythic.
- About 3 cranks in 100, the capsule is golden and holds two toys. Each is drawn separately from the same table and they are paid together.
- Your bet is multiplied by the total and paid.
The rolling and the pop are the reveal. There is no way to nudge the crank.
Rarity table
| Toy | Chance per capsule | Pays |
|---|---|---|
| Common | 59.04% | 0.2x |
| Uncommon | 25.11% | 0.5x |
| Rare | 11.05% | 1.5x |
| Epic | 3.82% | 5x |
| Legendary | 0.904% | 20x |
| Mythic | 0.08% | 200x |
The chances are for a single capsule. The pay for a toy is its multiplier of your bet. Long-run return is 96.995%, and 16.2% of rounds pay more than the bet.
Worked example
A normal crank gives you a Rare toy: 1.5x. A bet of 100 coins returns 150. Now compare a golden capsule that holds a Common (0.2x) and a Rare (1.5x): both are paid together, 1.7x, so the same bet returns 170 coins.
Here is what a "typical" crank looks like. Out of 100 normal cranks, about 59 are Commons (20 coins back on a 100 bet), 25 Uncommons (50 coins), 11 Rares (150 coins), 4 Epics (500 coins), 1 Legendary (2,000 coins), and 1 Mythic roughly every 1,244 cranks (20,000 coins). The return comes from that mix: a steady drip of small payments carried by a thin tail of big ones.
Max win and limits
A golden capsule with two Mythics pays 400x the bet, which is the maximum. A single Mythic is 200x. The chance of one Mythic in a capsule is 1 in about 1,250. The game-wide limits (50,000x the bet and 250,000,000 coins per round) are not reachable. Volatility is high: the average is carried by Epic, Legendary and Mythic toys that appear in under 5% of capsules.
What matters and what does not
- How hard or when you crank: nothing. The draw is not affected by animation or timing.
- Previous toys: Every capsule is independent. After several Commons, a Rare is no more likely.
- Golden capsules: a pleasant bonus at 3 in 100. You cannot tell them in advance.
The honest view: with 59% of capsules returning only 20% of the bet, many sessions feel like a slow drain broken by occasional bigger toys. That is how a 96.995% return with a 400x ceiling has to look. If the shape matters to you, volatility explained shows how to read it.
How it differs from other instant games
Fishing adds a size multiplier on top of the catch, so two catches of the same species can pay differently, and it does have an empty result. Lucky Cookie is gentler, with a 50x ceiling. Capsule Toy sits in between, with a rare 200x and a floor of 0.2x.
Play with limits
Coins are virtual, have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for prizes. For adults (18+), for entertainment. Set a time limit before you play; see playing safely in Cashout Arcade.
Frequently asked questions
Can a capsule be empty?
No. Every crank drops a toy, and the smallest is a Common worth 0.2x your bet. That is different from most instant games, which have a 0x result.
What is a golden capsule?
About 3 cranks in 100 drop a golden capsule, which holds two toys. Both are paid together, so two Mythics would be the maximum 400x.
How often does a crank pay more than the bet?
In 16.2% of rounds. Commons and Uncommons, which together are 84% of single capsules, pay less than the bet.
