About Cashout Arcade and How We Verify Odds

Who makes Cashout Arcade and writes this site, how the published odds are checked against the game engines, how AI is used, and how to report a mistake.

On this page

Cashout Arcade is a free-to-play social casino and arcade app for iPhone, made by Ryan Melanson, and this website explains how its games and odds work. Coins in the app are virtual and have no cash value, the app is for adults aged 18 and over, and it does not offer real-money gambling. This page says who is behind the site, how we check what we publish, and where our interests could affect what you read.

Who makes the app and this site

Ryan Melanson is the developer and owner of Cashout Arcade and is named as the party to our Terms of Use. The content on this site is written by the Cashout Arcade team under his direction. We are an app developer explaining our own product and the category it belongs to; we are not gambling counsellors, lawyers or financial advisers, and nothing here is professional advice.

You can reach us at support@cashoutarcade.com. The Support page covers account and purchase questions.

What we publish and how we check odds

  • Game pages and the odds page. Every game's return to player (RTP), volatility, biggest win and rules are read from the game engines that run the app. A script produces the figures so they are not retyped by hand, and when a game changes the pages are regenerated. The master list is on the Odds page, which is also in the app under Settings, Game odds.
  • Automated tests. The app has automated tests that check the published odds against the engines, so a change to a game that moved its return would fail a check before release. We do not publish the test names or claim that checks are independent: they are our own.
  • Server-decided results. Every result is decided on our servers, not on your phone. That is a statement about how the app works, not a claim that the games are "provably fair", which is a specific technique we do not use.
  • Guides. Guides explain how games and odds work using worked examples from those engines. Claims about outside facts (research, laws, platform rules) cite the source, with the date we looked at it, in a Sources list at the end of the page.

Our editorial rules

The full policy is on the editorial policy page. In short:

  • No affiliate links and no paid placements. We earn nothing from links to other apps or services.
  • We do not promise wins, systems or strategies that beat the house edge. They do not exist.
  • We do not publish thin or duplicated pages to catch searches.
  • Help-line numbers come from one checked list, with the date they were verified. Recovery and help pages carry no app promotion.
  • Pages are dated, and "Updated" changes only when the content actually changed.

How AI and automation are used

Drafting of this site's pages is assisted by an AI model (Claude, made by Anthropic). Every page is meant to be read and edited by a person before it is published, factual claims are checked against the game engines or against the cited source, and the numbers about our own games are generated from code rather than written by the model. If you find an error that looks like an AI slip, tell us and we will correct it.

Sources and reviewers

Where we cite research we link to the paper or its abstract, and we say when a study shows only an association. Where a page touches on law, we describe it as general information, not legal advice, and say when it is awaiting review. We do not list a named medical or legal reviewer on any page unless one has actually reviewed it.

Corrections

If you spot a mistake, email support@cashoutarcade.com with the page address. We fix errors promptly, update the page's date and record significant corrections on the Updates page.
